A leading manufacturer in the Plastic Packaging industry is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive to join their team.
This is an opportunity to manage high-value portfolios within a fast-paced solutions-driven environment where quality and client satisfaction are the top priorities.
Strategic Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling innovative packaging solutions tailored to client needs.
Project Coordination: Liaise between the client and internal design/production teams to ensure technical specifications are met and projects are delivered on time.
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activity and material innovations to provide consultative advice to stakeholders.
Contract Negotiation: Manage annual pricing reviews and negotiate contract terms to ensure mutual profitability.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in a sales or account management role specifically within the packaging or plastic sector.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand technical drawings material substrates and manufacturing lead times.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives and procurement heads.
Academic Background: A degree or diploma in Marketing Business Management or a related technical field is preferred.
Drivers License: A valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites.
