About the Role
The Compliance Operations Executive plays a critical role in ensuring candidates are fully compliant to work in schools.
This includes reviewing all required documentation completing compliance checks signing off candidates and keeping all documentation up to date. Accuracy attention to detail and speed are essential to ensure candidates can begin working as quickly as possible.
The role also involves documenting current processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to make compliance operations more efficient. Protecting children and maintaining high safeguarding standards is the top priority in every compliance decision.
This role is essential in maintaining high compliance standards while enabling schools to access safe reliable and ready-to-work candidates.

Candidate Compliance & Sign-Off
-Review candidate documentation to ensure it meets Zen Educate compliance requirements.
-Complete compliance checks and final sign off before candidates work in schools.
-Ensure candidates are suitable and safe to work with children upholding safeguarding standards and regulatory requirements
Compliance Documentation Processing
-Accurately review identity right-to-work background safeguarding and qualification documents.
Ongoing Compliance Monitoring
-Track compliance expiry dates and proactively ensure candidates renew documentation before it expires.
-Maintain continuous compliance to prevent gaps in candidate eligibility.
Prioritisation & Coordination
-Collaborate with Candidate Onboarding and School teams to prioritise candidates needed for upcoming bookings.
Speed & Turnaround
-Process documentation efficiently so candidates can start work as quickly as possible.
