We are looking for a Visual Content Designer who can own graphics video editing and camera operations to help build a strong credible and modern fin-tech brand across digital platforms.

Role Summary

The Visual Content Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content including static creatives motion graphics and videos. This role requires hands-on expertise in graphic design video editing and camera handling along with an understanding of digital-first content formats.

Key Responsibilities

Art Design

Design creatives for:

o Social media (Instagram LinkedIn Facebook X)

o Performance ads and marketing campaigns

o Website app and product marketing assets

Create infographics carousels banners and brand visuals

Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

Edit short-form and long-form videos for:

o Reels Shorts YouTube ads explainers

Add motion graphics captions transitions and sound design

Optimize videos for engagement retention and platform-specific formats

Camera & Shoot Execution

Handle camera setup framing lighting and audio for shoots

Shoot content such as:

o Founder videos market updates product demos

o Educational finance content and social media videos

Manage basic studio or on-location shoots as required

Content Support & Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing content and product teams

Assist in content planning and visual storytelling

Support ATL / BTL / TTL initiatives with creative assets

Requirements

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in art direction and content creation with D2C brands Fin-tech or with AD agencies

Strong proficiency in:

o Adobe Photoshop Illustrator

o Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / After Effects / CapCut

Practical knowledge of camera equipment lighting and audio

Understanding of social media formats and creative best practices

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fin tech finance SaaS or startup ecosystems

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation

Familiarity with ad creatives for Meta LinkedIn and YouTube

Required Skills:
