There has been a new compliance requirement from the Govt. effective Jan 1 2021. Sellers with B2B sales are required to generate an electronic invoice and upload all details on the GST portal failing which they are liable for penalties. Hence we need to reach out to sellers educate them on the latest update assist them in GST filing and get a confirmation of correct filing. We anticipate multiple operational changes from sellers this year and will need the associate to address all their queries.
Key job responsibilities
1. Monitor and close gaps related to GST filing for sellers
2. Track and publish weekly reports to leadership
3. Measure success rate of GST filing on a weekly basis
4. Work with stakeholders to simplify the gap identification process
- 1 years of customer service experience
- 1 years of driving process improvements experience
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Prior experience in taxation and accounting preferred
