Job Summary

Responsibilities

Candidate should be ready to work on Mainframe Production Support Activities in 24X7 Model and will be involved in Analysis and Resolution of Incidents.

Key responsibilities are Mainframe Production Support.

The candidate must have good technical knowledge on OpenText Exstream IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) Mainframe and Linux platform.

The candidate will be involved in analysis test and production support work along with weekend support.

Work with developers to identify and resolve complex problems. Address urgent issues quickly work within SLAs.

Managing and Track SLAs closely so they are consistently met and provide updates to Management on the same.

Mainframe Production Support.

OpenText Exstream (OTX)

IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD)

Mainframe (Cobol JCL VSAM DB2 and CICS)

Scheduling tool Control-M and TWS
