Responsibilities: This person will assist in acquiring top talent to meet the companys current and future employment needs. The employee must possess a strong passion for talent acquisition employee placement and onboarding. To be successful in this role the employee should have experience recruiting sourcing screening and evaluating candidates. The employee must be results-oriented driven and able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What Youll Do
- Manage Active Candidate Pool
- Organize and provide written oral and web-based training resources to help hiring managers complete the hiring process
- Provide written oral and web-based assistance to outside candidates during the application process
- Conduct phone screens and in-person Interviews to assist hiring managers in the selection of candidates
- Travel to and maintain a professional and eager representation of MFA at all career and hiring fairs
- Develop and maintain strong high school and college relationships; providing in-person presentations to students faculty and staff
- Recruit for and vet candidates for the Custom Applicator Training Programs

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Communication Agriculture or related field
- Experience working in an Applicant Track System (preferred)
