Pay Rate/Range: $20-28/hr
Description: Seeking an experienced Welder for a growing manufacturing facility in Newton. This Welder position will weld ferrous and non-ferrous metals. May use GMAW or Resistance Spot Welding processes. Sets own welding machine changes wire spools gas cylinders and does preventive maintenance of welding machine wire feeder and related equipment. Loads own parts in fixtures. May be responsible for the set-up maintenance and operation of robotic (or cobot) welding equipment.
Job Requirements: Must have previous welding experience and be highly proficient with precision measuring. Will lift 50 lbs consistently and occasionally team lift 80 lbs. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am; overtime on Fridays or Saturdays
