Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Electronics Test Technician - 1st Shift
LOCATION: Oldsmar FL
PAY RATE: $26-32/hour

Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Shift: Monday Thursday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM (EST)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Set up and conduct tests on electronic assemblies circuit cards and RF systems
Troubleshoot analog and digital circuits to the component level using schematics
Calibrate and adjust electronic systems and test equipment
Analyze test results and recommend improvements or modifications
Assist engineers in developing test procedures for new products
Perform quality checks in accordance with established standards
Use test equipment such as multimeters oscilloscopes network analyzers and signal generators
Document test results and maintenance actions using Microsoft tools

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Technical training or Associate-level experience preferred
1 year of experience testing electronic assemblies
Strong component-level troubleshooting skills (solid state analog and digital circuits)
Ability to read and interpret schematics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data collection tools
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with RF troubleshooting
Familiarity with radar systems
Experience with flying probe or high-power testing
Vibration and thermal ESS testing experience
Military backshop repair and troubleshooting experience
