Job Summary

The role : International Legal Intern (M/F/X)

Your Responsibilities:

Support the Legal Department on a broad range of legal matters in close cooperation with internal teams based in Spain France Switzerland and Germany
Assist in the review and verification of legal documentation provided by subcontractors
Draft and renew subcontracting agreements as well as update our internal databases
Contribute to the drafting updating and management of internal legal policies under supervision
Assist with legal research on various topics in order to support other departments
Support the Legal Department in the implementation and monitoring of GDPR compliance
Contribute to the deployment and follow-up of the Groups CSR action plan
Assist in the translation and harmonization of legal documents (agreements internal legal policies) in several languages

What we are looking for:

Afinal-yearMastersstudent in Law
A motivated proactive and reliable individual with a strong interest in business law and international environments
Fluency in both English and French is required; Spanish and/or German would be a plus
Someone eager to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic and demanding international environment
A well-organized and detail-oriented profile with strong analytical and communication skills
The ability to interact effectively with external partners
Solid academic foundations in several legal areas (e.g. Commercial and Corporate law Employment/Labor law data protection and privacy)
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
