OPEN JOB POSTING FOR MASTER PRODUCTION SCHEDULE (MPS) INTERN
COTY BARCELONA SPAIN
Barcelona Planning Hub is recruiting an MPS Intern to ensure finished product availability delivering service cost and cash at or above target.

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MPS team is a key stakeholders in the relationship between suppliers factories and markets. MPS team owns production plan schedule and site capacity to meet customer needs.
Master the finished goods production plan for one/multiple lines
Review and manage exception messages to balance service inventory and capacity. Amend production plans in line with planning time fences and agreed flexibility rules (Factory Operating Strategies)
Manage urgencies with Production/Quality/ Materials team and Logistics to ensure prompt reaction and/or to prevent potential missed net revenue.
Adjust production plan based on materials constraints
Plan the production plan to deliver initiatives and semi-finished campaign on time
Own & improve MPS process(es)
THE COTY IDEAL FIT
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel mandatory)
SAP knowledge (highly valued)
OMP knowledge (highly valued)
Priority setting and organization skills
Team player
Feels accountable and owner personal drive to implement changes and challenge the current process and system to deliver results
Communication skills
Strong analytical capabilities and motivation to develop process-automation tools
English fluent
Preferably with experience in Supply Chain.
