Qualifications Required: Level 3 / 4 Diploma in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (desirable not essential)
Experience in Years Required: Not essential full training provided

We are seeking reliable calm and committed Waking Night Support Workers who are passionate about supporting children and young people during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing positive relationships with young people families and external professionals
Supporting emotional wellbeing and maintaining a safe environment overnight
Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
Maintaining accurate and high-quality records
Working independently managing risk and using initiative
