Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Devops
In this role you will be responsible for Design implement and manage Azure DevOps pipelines for automated build test and deployment processes. Integrate Azure DevOps with other tools and services for seamless workflow management.

Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to convert business needs into ServiceNow technical solutions.
Design and implement scalable performant secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers administrators and business analysts to drive successful implementations.
Mentor Developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Conduct code reviews troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Proactively propose innovative solutions and new features that drive business value.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology
Relevant years of experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on building ServiceNow Portals custom applications Integrations and workflows.
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including Service Catalog Incident Management Problem Management Change Management and other ITSM modules.
Proficiency in configuring and customization including foundational data setup such as service catalog categories items and request workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations REST/SOAP APIs Integration HUB and data exchange mechanisms.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with other ServiceNow custom application development and portal development.
JavaScript Business Rules Server-side scripting Client-side Scripting Script Includes service catalog widgets scheduled jobs email notifications reporting and dashboards.
