We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager on a part-time basis to play a pivotal role at the intersection of content product and customer experience. This role focuses on shaping how users and client stakeholders experience Vitaport through campaigns journeys and platform communications with a strong emphasis on clarity prioritisation and commercial alignment.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success this role works closely with strategy product and customer success teams. It is well suited to someone who collaborates confidently across functions and translates complex ideas insights and user needs into clear engaging content that supports both engagement and business outcomes.

This is a part-time role focused on delivering the highest-impact content and journeys each month rather than high-volume production.
