Founding Product Designer

Job Description:
As the Founding Product Designer you will shape the visual and functional identity of a pioneering AI platform from the ground up. You will collaborate directly with the founders to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences. This role offers the unique opportunity to define the design culture of a high-growth startup.

What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end design process including user research wireframing high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
Partner with engineering and product teams to ship elegant solutions for complex technical workflows.
Establish and evolve the brand identity and design language across all digital touchpoints and product features.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience designing and shipping high-quality software products at an early-stage startup or top-tier design agency.
Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tools with a strong portfolio showcasing both UX logic and UI craft.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced in-person environment and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and technical constraints.
