Job Summary
Introduction to the job
Handling Internal Projects and other internal dept deliverables within the team. Representation of team results to internal stakeholders. Managing different projects local and global stakeholders in different timezone.
Role and responsibilities
1. KPI analysis and reporting.
milestone planning.
3. Project Initiation.
4. Project Execution.
5. Project Closure.
6. Stakeholder management.
7. Governance.
8. Project portfolio.
9. Risk Management.
10. Coaching of team members related to projects.
Education and experience
5-7 years relevant and related working experience.
Individual with semiconductor knowledge has a plus point.
Language: English and Mandarin - mandatory. Any other language is a plus point.
Skills
Effective communication.
Ability to connect with people from different teams well.
Sensitivity towards numerical value
Excel Spotfire Dashboards Good presentations.
Other information
Candidate needs to possess continuous improvement mindset and the
ability to adapt to change regularly in a fast speed.
