About the Role:
The Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) Warehouse Lead supervises the MRF daily operations to ensure the highest standards are followed in order to ensure safety and improve production. The primary focus of the position will be to assist the Operations Manager in performing all duties associated with maintaining a safe and productive work environment specifically supervising sorting staff and equipment operators. The Warehouse Lead reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves regular communication with the Maintenance Department.

The normal work environment is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud requiring necessary precautions including PPE
