Description

Position Summary: At ABM Industries the Business Manager plays a critical role in supporting financial operations across multiple service locations. This position ensures accurate financial reporting strategic planning and budget management while partnering with operational leaders to drive cost-saving initiatives and business growth.

Pay: $25.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight & Reporting

o Lead monthly quarterly and annual financial reviews.

o Prepare and submit professional-level reports forecasts and correspondence.

o Monitor financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.

Budgeting & Forecasting

o Collaborate with operations teams to develop and manage budgets.

o Support forecasting activities and variance analysis.

o Update 12-month forecasts quarterly and contribute to strategic planning.

Compliance & Controls

o Ensure adherence to financial policies procedures and internal controls.

o Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation.

Business Partnering

o Work closely with HR operations and other departments to align financial goals.

o Assist in developing new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

o Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and financial systems

Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in facilities services or multi-site operations.

Familiarity with P&L management cost control and financial modeling.

Knowledge of enterprise financial systems and reporting tools.
