Job Summary
Are you a senior finance leader with deep expertise in group reporting consolidations and IFRS This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of complex statutory and management reporting across a multi-entity group while partnering closely with executive leadership and governance structures.
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of group financial reporting ensuring accuracy compliance and insight across monthly quarterly interim and annual reporting cycles. Youll lead consolidation activities manage technical accounting matters oversee audits and play a key role in financial governance and control.
Job Description:
Leading the preparation of group reporting packs and annual financial statements
Managing group consolidations including intercompany eliminations foreign currency translation goodwill and purchase price allocations
Accounting for complex transactions such as acquisitions disposals restructurings and business combinations
Driving IFRS compliance including research updates and preparation of accounting position papers
Coordinating and managing external audits across the group
Preparing high-quality financial reports and presentations for executive and governance forums
Reviewing subsidiary financial statements and aligning reporting to group standards
Managing internal controls over financial reporting and governance
Partnering with operations on cash flow forecasting debt management and covenant monitoring
Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
Driving automation and optimisation of reporting processes and tools
Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in group financial reporting and consolidations
Solid IFRS knowledge including complex group transactions
Proven delivery of monthly interim and yearend reporting
Experience managing external audits and internal reporting controls
Exposure to tax reporting and compliance in a group environment
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams
Minimum 7 years postqualification experience in a group or multientity environment
