Job Title: Financial Business Partner

Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (Hybrid 2 days per week in the office)

About the role:
We are hiring a Financial Business Partner to support the ASEAN business within BSI working closely with the Senior APAC FP&A Manager Corporate Finance and key business stakeholders.

This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality financial insight supporting strategic planning and enabling informed decision-making across the region. You will combine strong FP&A capability with commercial awareness helping the business understand performance risks and opportunities while improving the quality and impact of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial planning and analysis for the ASEAN region supporting budgeting forecasting and long-term planning.

• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic and commercial initiatives.

• Monitor performance indicators identifying trends risks and opportunities with clear actionable insight.

• Partner with APAC FP&A teams to improve data quality consistency and reporting standards.

• Prepare management reporting and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.

• Support the month-end close process ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information.

• Identify risks and opportunities and propose mitigation actions or improvement ideas.

• Provide ongoing support to Finance Business Partners and senior finance leaders.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• 5 years experience in FP&A business analysis or management accounting ideally within a multinational environment.

• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel modelling skills.

• Experience preparing budgets forecasts and performance reporting for multiple countries or business units.

• Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into clear business insight.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging stakeholders.

• Experience using or learning finance systems and tools such as Hyperion (EPM) Salesforce Power BI or similar platforms.

• Business-level English (written and spoken).
