What youll do
Product Strategy: Develops deep understanding of the LATAM banking and Fintech sectors to inform product strategy with well articulated points of view on feature and product prioritization by market
Requirement Synthesis: Actively engage with LATAM clients to gather deep technical and business requirements. You will translate these needs into well-defined Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories that the EU development teams can execute with precision.
Cross-Continental Collaboration: Partner closely with EU-based Product Managers and Engineers. You will ensure that the roadmap for Lending and Deposits products aligns with the velocity and demands of the LatAm market.
Customer Sentiment & Success: Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success (CS) team to monitor and improve customer sentiment. You will identify pain points in the product journey and advocate for fixes or enhancements that drive long-term loyalty.
Commercial & Sales Support: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) during the sales cycle. You will support the Commercial team by participating in discovery calls providing product clarity for high-stakes opportunities and ensuring we win on product capability.
Escalation Management: Serve as the first point of contact for high-level product escalations within the region. You will manage expectations provide clear timelines and coordinate with global support and engineering to resolve mission-critical issues.
What youll bring
Language Mastery: You are a native Spanish speaker with professional fluency in English.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Product Management within the FinTech or Banking sector specifically focusing on Lending (Installments Revolving etc.) or Deposits (Savings Current accounts).
Technical Literacy: Ability to write clear concise PRDs and work within an Agile/Scrum framework. You should be comfortable discussing APIs and cloud-native architecture.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes from C-suite executives at client sites to software engineers in different time zones.
Travel 25%: Willingness to travel within the LATAM region and occasionally to Europe for team alignment.
