About the Role
St. Peters Hospital is hiring a Back of House Worker to join our healthcare kitchen team. Help create fresh high-quality meals that redefine hospital food while ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing nutritious non-traditional hospital meals
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support food prep dishwashing and storage
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth operations
- Adheres to SPHPs code of conduct
Qualifications
- Kitchen or food service experience (preferred not required)
- Strong teamwork communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Read write and speak English at a minimum 6th grade level
- Follow written and verbal instructions and complete high school level computational skills

Pay Range:$16.20-$19.35
Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
