A reputable medical facility is seeking a full-time permanent Director of Compensation to join their corporate team!
Pay ranges from $180000-$200000/annually
The Director of Compensation Job Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent direct-hire position
- Schedule: Mon-Fri during standard business hours
- Remote position
- The Director of Compensation leads and oversees the compensation function within a large complex organization operating across multiple locations and markets. This role is responsible for the performance of the compensation team and for designing implementing and managing compensation programs including base salary incentive plans and executive compensation for corporate and non-provider employee groups.
The Director of Compensation Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelors degree
- Must have at least 8 years of progressive compensation experience in a large or complex organization
- Must have at least 5 years of people management experience including leadership of managers or senior professionals
- Experience with designing implementing or stabilizing compensation programs
- Experience in healthcare services multi-site operations or joint venture environments highly preferred
