Unit Manager Occupational Health
Introduction
An exciting opportunity exists for a Unit Manager: Occupational Health in Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing client contract and rendering a quality service which is effective and efficient and meets and exceeds our customers expectations and requirements.
Critical Outputs
- Manage the contracted clinic service according to the service level agreement
- Manage staff including staff allocations performance management duty rosters where applicable
- Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the service are implemented
- Manage client relationship
- Prepare reports prepare for and assist with audits
- Meet the prescribed professional and quality standards of both Life Health Solutions and the client
- Work well within a team
- The candidate must be a current registered Nurse with the SANC.
- Additional qualification in Occupational Health required with a minimum of 3 years experience
- Additional qualifications in audiometry and spirometry required
- The candidate should have experience in computer skills (email MS word and excel) administration employee relations and communication.
- Candidates who are results orientated have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs and reduce costs will be most suitable for this position.
