Role Overview

As the Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer you will conduct activities in line with the applicable contracted Systems Engineering Management Plan or similar. This role involves leading the planning coordination and execution of V&V activities for the F-AMTS Program.

You will have the chance to be a technical leader engage with stakeholders across the program have oversight of the testing teams to deliver high-quality validated training solutions.

The role we are offering you

• Lead the development and execution of V&V strategies plans and schedules for training systems
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation including test plans procedures and reports
• Coach and mentor other V&V Engineers and testers ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement in V&V processes tools and methodologies

Our ideal candidate has:

• Proven V&V Engineering experience or similar
• Strong understanding of system development lifecycles
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent Systems Engineering is highly regarded
• Showcase ability to prepare concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences

Location:

• Homebush NSW
• We operate a hybrid working approach.
