Position Summary:
Were looking for adetail-orientedProject Coordinatorto support our electrical andmechanical industrial this role youll work alongside the ProjectManager to coordinate project activities across engineering procurement fabricationlogistics and customer teams. Youll play a key part in maintaining schedulesdocumentation and project visibility using platforms 21 (P21).
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
Support multiple concurrentprojects by coordinating tasks documentation and communications under theguidance of the Project Manager.
Maintain accurate projectschedules milestones and documentation within .
Assist with project kickoffsprogress tracking and follow-up on action items.
Review and verify Bills ofMaterials (BOMs) from electrical and mechanical CAD drawings for completenessand accuracy.
Coordinate release of approvedBOMs to procurement after Project Manager authorization.
Track engineering revisionsdrawing updates and documentation changes to ensure team alignment.
Collaborate with procurement onsourcing activities and material planning.
Communicate with vendorsregarding lead times availability and order status.
Monitor critical and long-leadmaterials escalating delays or risks as needed.
Use Prophet 21 (P21) to trackinventory material allocation receipts and order status.
Identify and report inventorydiscrepancies or shortages that could impact schedules.
Support fabrication planningproduction sequencing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) readiness.
Coordinate logistics activitiesincluding packing lists deliveries and phased shipments.
Assist with customercommunications such as updates submittals and approval documentation.

Qualifications:
Experience supporting electricaland/or mechanical industrial or manufacturing projects.
Working knowledge of BOMs andCAD-generated documentation.
Strong organizational andmultitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
Experience with ERP platformsand project tracking tools preferred.
Background in industrialautomation control panels instrumentation or mechanical skid systems a plus.
Exposure to procurementinventory control or logistics coordination.
Familiarity withengineered-to-order or custom manufacturing environments.
