Integrated Services delivers professional and joined up services to enable the firms growth; connecting people streamlining processes and using technology to simplify the user experience and make it easier for all our people to focus their energy on what is important.
This is a key role within our Data & Insights team within the Integrated Services function.
We are looking for a senior associate to work across our Integrated Services teams data to drive efficiencies remove duplication and develop new tools to drive greater insights. This is an exciting time to join an evolving team to drive the data analytics transformation particularly in the people data domain.

The majority of the work in this role is analytical and data orientated but will also require strong relationship building skills and some stakeholder management.
Reporting into the Data & Insights Managers you will be (non-exhaustive list):
Working with stakeholder teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements to identify areas of improvement and implement efficiencies in reporting and insights;
Working with the Tech Central Data Intelligence team to drive efficiencies and improve current offering;
Undertaking project based development and delivery of analytical solutions using a range of data transformation/analytic tools in response to stakeholder requirements and feedback whilst aiming for best practices;
Working across the whole Data & Insights team (including governance and data lifecycle) to ensure teams and current and new solutions are aligned and compliant with regulations;
Identifying ways to streamline efforts and processes across different functions;
Supporting the consolidation of reporting insights and dashboards across Integrated Services;
Supporting the data transformation agenda forward utilising technology and analytical thinking to increase efficiencies;
Applying an agile mindset demonstrating flexibility to quickly shift priorities of focus to support the extended Data & Insights team;
Demonstrating clear project planning and time management to ensure work is prioritised and agreed deadlines met.
Proactively collaborating with others to support cross team initiatives
Supporting the production of ad-hoc reporting.
What are the role requirements
As an ideal candidate you will have:
Previous analytical experience in a professional environment;
Previous knowledge of data transformation and visualisation tools and programming languages (e.g. Alteryx PowerBI SQL Python Databricks);
Previous experience implementing solutions to simplify processes and create efficiencies using technology;
Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
The ability to work within a team and establish strong working relationships with other teams;
The ability to work effectively in the face of pressure and not compromise professional standards;
Strong communication skills particularly the ability to troubleshoot complex problems;
A customer-focused mindset;
Passion for change and innovation; and
Passion for technology and taking personal responsibility to stay on top of new developments.
Desirable
