AECOM is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and deliver high-quality capital investment projects across the healthcare and education sectors.
What Youll Do
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for guiding projects through the entire lifecycle from initial inception through design procurement site delivery and commissioning. You will work closely with the project management team and act as the primary client interface ensuring projects meet objectives budgets and timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF) taking full responsibility for their successful delivery
Planning directing and supervising operations for moderately sized projects with moderate risk complexity and financial impact
Collaborating with project management colleagues to ensure smooth delivery of capital investment projects
Supporting the overall operational efficiency of the AECOM project management team
Ensuring projects progress successfully through RIBA Stages 07
Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
Qualifications :

As the successful candidate you will have experience working within our primary healthcare and educational markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.
- Post Graduate Qualification ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
- In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
- APM affiliation is a benefit
