Job Summary
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Inputting processing and tracking customer orders.
- Frequent clear communication with customers to give updates address concerns and answer questions.
- Consistent positive interaction and collaboration with other departments.
- Inputting and processing new item and new vendor paperwork.
- General day-to-day sales and administrative support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Organization and stellar time management skills are a must
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently within strict deadlines.
- Positive demeanor team player
- Accuracy and keen attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office required; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Minimum of 1 year commitment preferred
- Bachelors Degree completed or in progress preferred
