Job Description:
You will lead a growing sales team to help B2B SaaS companies identify and prioritize leads programmatically. Reporting directly to the CRO you will drive revenue growth by coaching Account Executives refining go-to-market strategies and ensuring consistent pipeline forecasting while fostering a collaborative culture of sales excellence in an early-stage environment.

What you will do:

Hire mentor and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue and pipeline targets.
Partner with the CRO to define and iterate on the companys strategic go-to-market execution.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs.

The ideal candidate:

Has 2 years of experience building and coaching successful sales teams within a B2B SaaS environment.
Possesses a 4 year track record of directly selling technical or data-led products to sophisticated buyers.
Demonstrates strong quantitative forecasting skills and thrives in fast-moving early-stage startup cultures.
