Job Summary
Position Overview
We are looking for a Deputy Business Information Team Lead to support the leadership of our BI team. This role focuses on managing high-value opportunities driving operational excellence and ensuring team performance through coaching and process improvements.
Main Tasks
- Managing large deals and identifying high value sales opportunities
- Coaching and developing members of the BI Sales team to enhance skills and performance
- Maintaining a high client & team satisfaction
- Keeping track of relevant BI KPIs (activity pipeline portfolio return etc.)
- Reporting and Forecasting
- Ensuring compliance with business line policies and procedures
- Accountable for maintaining efficient and reliable departmental workflows
- Operational process improvements and development
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence Sales or related fields
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage complex deals and drive operational improvements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of German ( C1-C2 level) and English

We offer a gross annual salary of 80000.0087000.00 on a full-time basis ( based on Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in Versicherungsunternehmen Innendienst) plus an attractive variable component.
