Responsibilities:
Review and detailed verification of all incoming goods and transport cost invoices from domestic and international sources for accuracy tax compliance and calculation correctness
Handling complaints and resolving discrepancies in delivered goods in coordination with German- and English-speaking suppliers and logistics partners
Close collaboration with Accounting Purchasing Procurement and Logistics departments
Support during monthly quarterly and annual financial closings
Qualifications :
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
Good written and spoken German and English are mandatory
Availability for 20 hours per week
