- Actively contributing to improving customer service quality standards
- Identifying root causes of reported issues and cooperating with internal teams to eliminate them
- Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles
Qualifications :

- Experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or e-commerce environments
- Confidence in handling customer requests and resolving issues
- Czech at a professional working level (spoken and written)
- English at a minimum B2 level
- Ability to explain complex problems in a clear and simple way
- Skill in translating technical language into everyday user-friendly communication
