Job Summary

Get to know the Team:

Grab For Business is the B2B team within Grab that simplifies business transportation corporate food and package deliveries and related services for companies in Southeast Asia. We actively engage with top companies and brands in the region. We are looking for a strong sales-oriented Sales Lead for our GrabGifts voucher business line to manage and grow an expanding portfolio in Thailand.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform You will:

  1. Manage Key Accounts & Relationships (70%):

  • Develop strong long-lasting relationships with top corporate prospects and brands in Thailand.

  • Handle objections ask the right questions and resolve pain points.

  • Understand Grabs overall business and connect brand objectives with Grabs capabilities.

  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) or Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for big accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Demand/Promo planning Marketing) and external clients (Commercial Business Development HR).

  1. Acquire New Clients (30%):

  • Identify and acquire GrabGifts corporate clients in Thailand across various industries.

  • Prospect build and maintain a strong pipeline of deals.

  • Track performance against sales targets.

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop HR and Marketing solutions that meet corporate buyer needs.

  1. Analyze Data & Provide Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis of the target market pipeline and business using tools like Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Develop account-specific growth strategies.

  • Present data-driven deal reviews and pipeline forecasts to ensure alignment with business goals.

  1. Maintain Sales Discipline:

  • Use Salesforce CRM and other internal trackers effectively.

  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a consistent sales process.

  • Keep detailed records of client interactions maintain accurate sales forecasts and update deal statuses regularly.


Qualifications :

Qualifications and Skills You Will Need

  1. Key Account Management:
  • Bachelors degree with 3 or more years of experience in key account management especially managing Financial industry including category management and B2B sales in Thailand.

  • Experience in eCommerce HR Tech Marketing Ads/Adtech Gifting or Media solutions.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  1. Sales Acumen:

  • Strong ability to prospect build a sales pipeline and close deals.

  1. Data Analysis:

  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Salesforce MS Office and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.

  • Ability to develop data-driven strategies and provide actionable insights.

  1. Sales Discipline:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.

  • Adherence to SOPs and maintenance of accurate records and forecasts.

  1. Communication & other skill:

  • Good command in English (both written and verbal)

  • Strong presentation skill; Able to pitch your ideas and provide business insights with professional consultation to the partners

  • Strong collaboration skills; Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively to ensure the projects moving forward smoothly and achieve the objective within timeline

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (word excel ppt etc.) and GSuite (Sheets Slides Docs)
