As the Fire Sprinkler Field Manager you will be responsible for supervising mentoring and training a team of Sprinkler Fitters; creating scheduling and closing work orders; ordering parts and materials needed for the job; resolve client and employee issues; review quality and provide mentorship to technicians work (installation service repair) on variety of water-and air- based and speciality sprinkler systems valves pipelines fire pump and related equipment in commercial and industrial settings.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Nevada State Fire Sprinkler G License mandatory
Previous management/leadership experience in the Fire Protection/Suppression industry
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks to maximize efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction
Valid Drivers License with a clean abstract

SHIFT: Flexible Days 6:00am-2:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm (Monday Friday). Oncall: 1 week/3 months (Wed Wed) - no actual service call just to be available to answer after hours calls from techs in the field.
