About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) or Home Health Aids (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who enjoy building meaningful relationships and making a direct impact on clients daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming toileting)

• Monitor and report changes in client condition

• Assist with mobility transfers and positioning

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Maintain a safe clean and comfortable environment

• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

• Active LNA license in the state of NH

• Reliable transportation valid drivers license current vehicle insurance

• Ability to work independently and in clients homes

• Compassionate patient and dependable demeanor
