Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan prepared by our registered nurse.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
• Report client changes in condition to the agency RN / Director of Clinical Services

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• A CNA licenseoran HHA (minimum 40 hour certificate)orthe ability to pass an HHA competency exam and demonstrate all required skills
• Minimum ONE year experience as a CNAorHHA
• Current Level 2 Background Screen with AHCA
• Current CPR card
