BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

• Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADAs group medical prescription drug dental and vision benefitsif you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
• Field Employeesworking less than 30 hours per weekare eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA Home Health Aide:

• Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)
• Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more we can accept out of state license

Job Responsibilities for HHA Home Health Aides:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication reminders
