This positionwill behybridremote. Candidateswillbe requiredto work onsite as needed. Preferred candidates will belocatednear Hanscom AFB (Boston MA).
Primary ResponsibilitiesInclude:
We areseekinga highly capableDigitalPlatformas a Service (DPaaS)Manager. This individual willbe responsible formanaging a team as well as contributing as an individual byoperatingand maintaining the Digital Platform as a Service.
Lead a team of system architects/engineers both Leidos personnel and subcontractors to fulfill the requirements for the program
Provide the customer support on infrastructure tools; and provisioning of new tools and users.
Design and architect scalable resilient and secure cloud solutions acrossthe Virtual PrivateCloud(VPC)networks
Configure andmaintaintheDPaaSenvironments
Develop update/patch assess integratedeployandmaintaindigital software(e.g. Cameo Teamwork Cloud Server DOORS AFSIM Atlassian toolsSparxEA MATLAB)
Assistthe Governmentwith the risk management frameworkin providing continuous monitoring of the DigitalPlatformas a Service (DPaaS) environment
Optimizedigitalsoftwareperformance and reliability in cloud environments
Evaluatedigital software andalternatives including cost and risksupportabilityand analyses for total systems. Duties include performing systems requirements analysis functional analysis timeline analysis trade studies requirements allocation and interface definition technical management integration system testing and quality assurance.
Managemaintain andmonitorsharedVPC network environmentsaligned with organizationobjectivesand technical requirements as partofthe data protection services
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including development operations security and product management
Implement network segmentation Zero Trust principles andpolicy basedaccess controls
Technical Leadership
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Present architectural designs and recommendations to executive leadership
Mentor guide and supervise teams onDPaaSsolutions/activities
Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on complex technical decisions
Act as theDPaaSmanagerforLeidosto assess employee performance hire new employees and ensure compliance with corporate training requirementsfor 7-10Leidospersonnel
MinimumQualifications
Bachelorsand8 yearsof experience;Mastersand6 yearsof experience.Additionalexperience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
4 years of prior experience managing/leading teams/projects
Interim Secret clearanceto start; Ability to obtain Secret clearancetomaintainemployment
US citizenship
Certifications: CompTIA Security or equivalent (IAT-2)
Certifications: One or more cloud certification
Excellent customer service skills with experience working in a customer-facing position
Administration experience with cloud-based applications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience with theinstallation& deployment of digital software tools such as Cameo Teamwork Cloud Server DOORS AFSIM Atlassian toolsSparxEA MATLAB
Experience with various cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1
Cloud certificationsin AWS Azure Google or Oracle clouds
Experience with multiple CSPs/Clouds
