Residential Healthcare Security Officer
Location: Brooklyn NY
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Flex (up to 40 hours per week)
We are seeking a professional reliable and adaptable Residential Healthcare Security Officer to support a healthcare-focused residential environment in Brooklyn NY. This is a full-time flex position ideal for officers who are dependable flexible with scheduling and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for residents staff and visitors.
Position Details:
Pay: $19.00/hour
Status: Full-Time Flex (up to 40 hours weekly)
Location: Brooklyn NY
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must be available to work two (2) of the following three shifts:
Morning
Evening
Overnight
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe secure and welcoming environment in a residential healthcare setting
Conduct routine patrols and security checks
Monitor access points and respond to incidents or emergencies as needed
Enforce site rules policies and procedures professionally and respectfully
Provide excellent customer service to residents staff and visitors
Complete accurate reports and incident documentation
Requirements:
Professional reliable and punctual demeanor is required
Ability to remain calm and composed in a healthcare/residential environment
Reliable transportation is required
Strong communication and observation skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts weekends and holidays
