Youll help shape and accelerate Nexthinks growth by supporting executive-level strategic initiatives across M&A Strategic Partnerships Product and Market strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Product Sales Marketing Operations Finance and Executive Leadership to turn data into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Exec-level projects
- Drive structured analysis for top-priority strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A Market Entry Growth levers Competitive Positioning).
- Build Executive-ready deliverables: clear narratives decision memos and presentations.
- Collaborate with RevOps/Sales Ops and Finance to quantify revenue impact and operational implications of new business initiatives.
- Build strong working relationships across teams to gather inputs validate assumptions and align stakeholders.
- Operate effectively under shifting priorities with high responsiveness and low ego.
What Success Looks Like (6-12 months)
- Strategic Projects: Recognized as a substantial contributor on multiple leadership-level strategic initiatives.
- M&A Support: Consistently delivers high-quality diligence materials that speed communication around decision-making and improve confidence in targets.
- Executive Storytelling: Earns trust for clear compelling narratives synthesizes messy inputs into a sharp so what.

Qualifications :
- 2 years experience in top-tier consulting or investment banking ideally with Tech/SaaS exposure.
- Strong business acumen: Market Sizing Business Case modeling KPI analysis ROI frameworks.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong executive presence.
- High learning agility and curiosity.
- Exposure to SaaS metrics (ARR NRR CAC/LTV pipeline retention) and product/GTМ motion preferred but not necessary.
- Experience building Board and Executive level materials.
- Familiarity with latest Technology trends and ability to communicate implications effectively.
