Work Period:July 2026 to December 2026

Location & Schedule: This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position with a minimum of 4 days per week onsite in Needham MA with the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: The Product Safety & Compliance Engineer Co-Op will interact with team members globally. They will have the opportunity to be involved with our certification partners for electrical safety restricted materials sanitization and chemical substances. The candidate will be responsible for compliance activities for low and medium complexity projects for the product category assigned covering all regions where the product is marketed.

• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Lead low complexity product certification projects
• Present the status of your projects and associated project risks
• Support preparation of executive review updates on all team activities
• Multi-task maintaining a continuous comprehensive understanding of project status
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining continuous track of key details

Key Attributes & Skills:

• Education: Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelors program currently enrolled in a masters program or have graduated within the past year
• Must be able to come into the office 4days per week
• Must have an academic background in electrical mechanical or similar field of study
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Able to work independently with moderate supervision and generate ideas within their area of expertise
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
• Adaptable and flexible with change
• Experience presenting in front of small groups
