Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa and drives tangible impactful and financial results for Visas network clients including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting data analytics brand management marketing operational and macroeconomics VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
VCA Implementation Services (VIS) is an augmentation of Visas consultancy offering supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.
We are looking for a VIS Project Manager to join the VIS Hub Team in London Paddington. The VIS Hub team is responsible for supporting and driving the successful execution for all Operational Delivery People and Go-To-Market initiatives for VIS Europe.
As the VIS Project Manager you will manage endtoend project delivery across both internal initiatives and clientfacing engagements while designing and maintaining governance frameworks that ensure consistency quality and control across VIS Europe. You will play a key role in driving change and transformation embedding highquality delivery standards and robust quality assurance practices throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders you will drive execution enable effective decisionmaking and ensure projects land successfully with measurable impact.
The key deliverables / responsibilities for the role include:
Delivery Leadership (Internal & ClientFacing):
- Lead endtoend delivery of internal VIS Hub initiatives including requirements definition governance setup change execution quality assurance and progress oversight.
- Establishing governance processes for client facing projects running effective governance forums and producing highquality SteerCo materials for senior leadership alignment and decisionmaking.
Governance Quality & Best Practice:
- Act as a delivery SME working with VIS Cluster/Pod Leads to define and embed bestinclass delivery practices tools methodologies and artefacts.
- Implement process for defining success metrics tracking ROI and feeding back into quality management and go to market collateral / solution development
- Create and maintain robust wellgoverned project templates and delivery standards that ensure clarity control and traceability of outcomes.
- Identify and drive improvements to ways of working championing best practice adoption across VIS.
Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Visa and client organisations ensuring alignment transparency and effective collaboration.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams to enable smooth execution remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
- Understand client objectives and needs ensuring deliverables are aligned to meaningful business outcomes.
Professional Execution & Standards:
- Deliver consistently highquality work managing competing priorities effectively and maintaining exceptional standards in fastpaced changing environments.
- Model delivery excellence and continuous improvement behaviours setting the tone for professionalism and accountability across programmes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
What wed like from you -
- Proven experience delivering endtoend change or transformation projects in a consulting environment.
- Strong project management skills with practical experience in Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid methodologies and in managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to design and operate governance structures produce highquality delivery artefacts and confidently lead SteerCo and decisionmaking forums.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills including experience engaging senior executives and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the ability to think strategically remove barriers and provide actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills articulate audienceaware and able to simplify complex information.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity reprioritising quickly and maintaining high standards in fastmoving environments.
- Experience defining success metrics tracking ROI and applying datadriven insights to guide decisionmaking.
- Commitment to continuous improvement learning and professional development.
