Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join our team in Jakarta Indonesia. As an F&B Attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
- Warmly greet and welcome guests to the dining area
- Present menus make recommendations and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Clear and reset tables according to hygiene standards and requirements
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Comply with all health safety and food handling regulations
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an F&B Attendant or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control
- Basic food and beverage knowledge
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
