The Senior Internal IT Specialist ensures the reliability and security of our global technology environment. While primarily focused on providing advanced end-user support this role also encompasses identity management fleet administration and the execution of key IT projects.
You will:
- Resolve complex hardware OS software and SaaS issues for employees ensuring a high-quality user experience
- Administer IDM systems for user onboarding authentication and access rights
- Participate in the employee life cycle and maintain uptodate documentation
- Configure maintain and secure company Mac fleet including updates hardening and endpoint protection
- Cooperate with Cyber Security and Information Security Teams on endpoint security identity management and periodic access reviews
- Administer network access controls and infrastructure security
- Configure and oversee office security systems (CCTV alarms etc.) in multiple offices around the world
- Drive the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio ranging from tactical operational improvements to strategic large-scale initiatives
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an IT Support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS or Windows and common SaaS/business applications
- Handson experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID
- Practical experience with an MDM solution (e.g. Mosyle Jamf Intune or similar)
- Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g. DNS DHCP VLAN WLAN or VPN)
- Understanding of ITIL principles
- Experience in working with ITSM software (e.g. Jira ServiceNow or FreshService)
- Proficient in English both written and spoken; able to explain technical topics in simple terms
- Good interpersonal communication time planning and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow
Nice to have certificates:
- Apple Certified IT Professional
- Apple Certified Support Professional
- ITIL V4 Foundation
- AZ-900 & MS-900
