As a Cluster Concierge at LUURA you are the face of our hospitality delivering personalized thoughtful and seamless experiences across all LUURA properties. You anticipate guest needs create meaningful connections and provide expert local knowledge ensuring that every moment of a guests stay feels effortless and exceptional. Your role is crucial in bringing LUURAs philosophy of elegant design-led and lifestyle-focused hospitality to life.
You are more than a service provider; you are a curator of experiences a problem-solver and a trusted advisor for our guests helping them explore and enjoy everything LUURA and the surrounding destinations have to offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm genuine and professional welcome to all guests ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Anticipate and respond to guest requests promptly efficiently and creatively.
- Offer expert local knowledge including recommendations for dining leisure cultural experiences and off-the-beaten-path activities.
- Arrange transportation reservations tours and special experiences tailored to guest preferences.
- Support in-room guest services and special requests collaborating closely with Front Office F&B and other departments.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of LUURA properties facilities services and events to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and concerns with discretion empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Guest Relations and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest preferences special occasions and VIP profiles for personalized service.
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect LUURAs standards of service attention to detail and luxury lifestyle ethos.
- Coordinate with local partners and suppliers to create unique and exclusive guest experiences.
- Support pre-arrival planning and post-departure follow-ups to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism Social Marketing or related field.
- Previous experience in concierge guest relations or luxury hotel service is highly preferred.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Strong background in delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Natural warmth emotional intelligence and a proactive guest-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Professional appearance etiquette and demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
- Team-oriented collaborative and adaptable mindset.
- Eligible to work in an EU country.
