Full Stack Developer Team Lead

Arηs Group Part of Accenture is looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Team Lead to reinforce a dynamic team. You will lead the development of complex in-house solutions ensuring technical quality coaching the team and driving best practices across the stack.

Role & Responsibilities

• Acting as senior full-stack developer and technical reference for the team
• Coaching junior and medior developers and performing code reviews
• Designing developing and maintaining applications using Java Angular SQL and optional technologies (ng-grid AWS Python)
• Analyzing user needs and translating them into efficient technical solutions
• Coordinating development tasks delegating work and supporting the Delivery Manager in planning
• Resolving complex technical issues and guiding the team through challenges
• Ensuring software quality maintainability performance and security
• Supervising system modifications updates and lifecycle activities
• Conducting security checks and identify areas for improvement
• Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders regarding expectations and progress

Qualifications :

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• A true team player eager to share knowledge and support colleagues.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive structured and able to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong sense of quality attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Customer-oriented solution-driven and continuously seeking improvement.

Technical Skills

Solid experience with:

• Java backend development
• Angular frontend development
• SQL (database modeling stored procedures optimization)
• Strong understanding of fullstack architecture and modern development practices.

Knowledge of the following would be considered an asset:

• ng-grid (or similar grid libraries)
• AWS cloud development (Lambda S3 EC2)
• Python for automation scripting or integration tasks
