This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way Cleveland OH 44113.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Master Production Scheduling team for the USCA Industrial Region ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling across multiple manufacturing plants.
- Plan and control all Master Production Scheduling activities for assigned plants and when required personally master schedule one or more plants to meet business needs.
- Balance production and inventory requirements to achieve service level targets inventory turn goals and optimal capacity utilization.
- Drive capacity planning by proactively identifying constraints and assisting Operations or Sourcing to implement corrective actions such as overtime equipment adjustments expedited processes production help or resourcing.
- Provide strategic input to support the Regions monthly flash and annual budget processes directly impacting finished goods and raw material inventories transportation and overall supply chain costs.
- Expertise in Master Production Scheduling across multiple plants.
- Strong knowledge of BoB or BIOS ERP tools including but not limited to Blue Yonder Oracle AOM QAD MES BI4 and Tableau reporting.
- Ability to analyze production constraints and develop optimized scheduling solutions to meet service level inventory and capacity goals.
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g. OPT CPT H1B EB-1etc.)
- Must have Bachelors degree or higher or 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Customer Service or Operations
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in Supply Chain Customer Service or Operations
- Must have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for complex scenario planning
- Must have at least year of work experience using Microsoft Excel including writing formulas formatting and sorting data creating pivot tables and importing/exportin excel data to and from proprietary software
Preferred Qualification:
- Have a Bachelors degree or higher in supply chain field
- Have APICS certification
- Have at least seven (7) years of work experience in Supply Chain field
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in leadership role(s) supervising other or leading teams
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience applying continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma 5-S Lean Manufacturing Transactional Lean etc.
- Have experience with Procurement Technical or Manufacturing experience within the coatings industry.
