Job Summary

- Provide life-saving swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
- Coach swimmers preparing for the next level of swimming including competitive swim readiness
- Lead Stroke Development Clinics and Swim Team Prep programs
- Train and support swimmers preparing for Military Swim Tests focusing on technique endurance and confidence
- Instruct adult swimmers at all levels with individualized goal-based training
- Schedule and run monthly Mock Swim Meets to introduce swimmers to competitive swimming meet structure and racing skills
- Strong background in competitive swimming and stroke technique
- Experience working with swimmers of varying ages and abilities
- USA/or ASCA Preferred but not required
This role offers a clear pathway for advancement within LCSS including the opportunity to grow into a Director-level position for instructors who demonstrate strong leadership and coaching excellence.
