Advanced Swim Instructor Join Our Team!
- Work with swimmers from beginners to competitive athletes
- Lead Stroke Clinics Swim Team Prep and Military Swim Test Training
- Teach adult swimmers with individualized goal-based instruction
- Run monthly Mock Swim Meets to build confidence skills and racing experience
- Be part of a growing team with clear pathways to leadership and Director-level roles
- Strong competitive swimming and stroke technique experience
- Experience coaching swimmers of varying ages and abilities
- 18 years old to inquire
- USA or ASCA certifications are a plus but not required
- Full-time position with performance-based bonuses
