Job Title: HR cum Secretary
Summary
The HR cum Secretary will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations along with secretarial and administrative support to senior management. The role involves recruitment coordination employee records management scheduling documentation correspondence and meeting coordination to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities - HR
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings resume screening interview coordination and issuance of offer and appointment letters.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities including induction documentation and explanation of company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records personal files attendance and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and statutory compliance.
- Track employee attendance and leave records and coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/finance in organizing training programs employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives as directed by management.
- Prepare basic HR reports MIS and summaries for management review.
Key Responsibilities - Secretary / Admin
- Provide secretarial support to senior management by managing calendars appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings prepare agendas record minutes of meetings (MOM) circulate action points and follow up on pending tasks.
- Draft format and manage official correspondence including emails letters notices and presentations on behalf of management.
- Handle emails and visitors; screen and route queries professionally.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files records and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Manage office supplies HR forms and administrative inventories; coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Support compliance-related documentation and assist in maintaining statutory and corporate records as instructed.
