Job Summary
Job Description:
As a Fresher Electrician you will support the production and maintenance teams by assisting with electrical wiring panel assembly troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role involves learning to read technical schematics and ensuring that all manufactured towers or machinery meet safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Assembly:Assist in installing electrical conduit wiring and panel boards for tower machinery.
- Wiring & Control Systems:Connect wiring in electrical circuits motors and control systems (e.g. switches relays sensors).
- Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent production downtime.
- Troubleshooting:Use tools like multimeters amp probes and voltage testers to diagnose basic electrical faults under supervision.
- Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health and safety regulations including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Documentation:Maintain records of daily maintenance activities and repairs.
- Blueprint Reading:Learn to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
Key Qualifications
- Education:ITI Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrician Trade.
- Experience:Fresher (0-1 year of experience) Apprenticeship training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of electrical systems 3-phase circuits motors and electrical tools.
- Physical Ability:Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) climb ladders and work at heights.
- Other:Color vision is necessary (for identifying color-coded wires).
